Book signings: Please provide a few weeks notice.
If you'd like me to present a keynote address or conduct corporate training on tobacco cessation and related issues, three to six months advance booking is generally needed.
Fees are per diem + all travel expenses:
Keynote presentations (usually 45 minutes + question period) with a book signing: expect fee of approximately $USD 9500 per diem
Corporate training (2 - 4 hour training, or by arrangement): expect fee of approximately $USD 2500 per diem
Media appearances: honorarium + travel expenses
